1. About the App

PoolWise Care is a pool maintenance assistant designed to help users record pool test results, understand pool water values, calculate approximate chemical amounts based on entered values, and learn general pool care guidance.

The App provides informational and calculation-based assistance. It does not replace professional pool service, product label instructions, local regulations, or expert advice. Users are responsible for reading product labels and following all safety instructions when using pool chemicals.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, the App may collect and store the following information:

Account Information

If you sign in with Google or another supported sign-in method, we may collect:

• User ID
• Name or display name
• Email address
• Profile image, if provided by the sign-in provider
• Authentication status

This information is used to create and manage your account.

Pool Profile Information

You may enter pool-related information such as:

• Pool name
• Pool volume
• Pool dimensions
• Pool type or surface type
• Stabilizer/CYA usage status
• Filter or equipment-related notes

This information is used to calculate and display personalized pool care guidance.

Pool Test Results

You may enter water test information such as:

• CYA/stabilizer value

• Calcium hardness
• Water temperature
• Water appearance

This information is used to analyze pool values and provide maintenance guidance.

Chemical Product Information

If you save products in the App, we may store information such as:

• Active chlorine percentage
• pH product label information
• Optional label dosage information

This information is used to simplify future calculations.

App Usage and Technical Data

The App may collect limited technical data needed for security, app functionality, diagnostics, and service improvement, such as:

We keep user data for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Pool profiles, test results, saved products, and account-related data may remain stored until the user deletes them or requests account deletion.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can identify the correct account.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will process the request within a reasonable time and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Deleting your account may permanently remove:

• Account information
• Pool profiles
• Test results
• Saved chemical products
• App preferences
• Premium entitlement records stored by the App, where applicable

Some purchase records may remain with the relevant app store according to its own policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general pool maintenance use and is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required in the user’s country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at cafercihat@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate action.

10. Permissions

The App may request only the permissions necessary for its features. If a future feature requires additional permissions, the App will request permission before accessing the relevant device feature.

The App is not intended to collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone recordings, camera images, or files unless a future feature clearly explains why such access is needed and the user grants permission.

11. Pool Care and Safety Disclaimer

The App provides educational guidance and calculation assistance based on values entered by the user. Results may vary depending on water conditions, test accuracy, product concentration, pool equipment, sunlight, temperature, usage, and product labels.

Users must always:

• Read and follow product label instructions
• Avoid mixing pool chemicals
• Use protective equipment when handling chemicals
• Keep chemicals away from children
• Retest pool water before swimming
• Contact a professional pool service when unsure

DreamIslandGames is not responsible for damage, injury, incorrect chemical use, or unsafe pool conditions resulting from misuse of the App or incorrect user-entered data.

12. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on the location of our service providers. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
